Trump this sh*t – by Sarah Daniels

After November 8th – just what the hell is going to happen to the south of us?

The presumption, god willing  – is that Hillary Clinton will be the next President of the United States. But the thing is, even if she wins, there’s a large, looming group of people who, thanks to the tangerine buffoon at the head of the Republican ticket, believe that her win is the result of a conspiracy theory.

For the last number of days, this uninformed asshat has been yammering on about how the US election is going to be rigged – even sending Rudy Guiliani (who for all intents and purposes has squandered any goodwill from his leadership after 9/11) out to defend him – and assert that there have been MANY instances of voter fraud.

Simply said – it ain’t true – and even his own party member say that it is irresponsible and reckless. Why? Because in the event of a loss, the feckless followers of this misogynistic moron may refuse to accept the results – and given the outlandish behavior exhibited at Trump rallies, god knows how they will react.

In the age of social media, it seems that “The Donald” can say anything – and get away with it – because it was on the internet. Long gone are days of fact checking – let alone a population that was actually interested in facts.

But hey, it’s not just a US problem. It’s a world problem.

It’s hard to believe that the American population is cannibalizing itself like this. But their “pitchfork democracy”  could happen here too – it’s started in Europe over the last decade, where far right groups rail against immigrants, Muslims, – anything and everything.

I’ve said this before, but we need reporters to REPORT. Investigative journalism needs to make a comeback. Too often it seems that the candidates are directing the narrative and not the public, that desperately needs someone, ANYONE, asking questions on their behalf.

I’m so sick about hearing about emails, sex scandals, tax returns, deportation, Muslim and Mexican fear mongering.

I’d like to hear about policy.

My challenge to moderator Chris Wallace for Wednesday’s final debate? MAKE THEM ANSWER POLICY QUESTIONS WITH SPECIFICS.

No variations, no changes of topics.

If they can’t follow instructions, literally SHUT THEM DOWN.

Do it for the United States. The world.

And if you wouldn’t mind calling out this crap about a rigged election – well that’d be nice too. Just saying.

I could not possibly agree more. And I, too, fear the response WHEN Hillary wins. I think there could well be blood in the streets. 🙁

You can thank the likes of Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and the cast of idiots at Breitbart for feeding the fear machine, too. I know people who I previously thought were rational thinkers who have been sucked into this lunacy. It’s not going away after November 8, either. But hopefully their blind followers are too stupid to know how to organize anything really dangerous, and they’ll just shrink back into the shadows.
